This will take you to Jeff Cavaliere MSPT youtube channel, where there are many great free videos discussing proper exercise form. His philosophy is that if you want to look like an athlete you need to train like an athlete. He DOES put the science back into what he preaches. I've never tried his actual website's services, but the videos are a gold mine of information about high level exercises.

A great website and app for information and community building while working on weight loss and healthy living. While I may not agree with everything listed, there is still a wealth of knowledge available. If you want any help diving through the knowledge, drop me a line.

The OSHA (occupational safety and health administration) has excellent information about ergonomics. The link to the right takes you to the OSHA ergonomics PDF, the links below will take you to specific pages for setting up a work station or using proper ergonomics and safety techniques for a variety of jobs.
